Product Realization is achieved via the JOBBOSS ERP system and use of configuration controlled “Templates”. JOBBOSS Version 11.3.8 allows MRM
to reliably maintain configuration control, along with standard hours, to ensure customer expectations are accurately achieved and repeated. Our experienced CNC programming personnel use Virtual GIBBS-CAM along with iCompareit software to program and validate manufacturing datasets. MRM also has one flex license seat for CATIA V5 R19 allowing native dataset interrogation and evaluation. MRM operates under a Spirit Aero Systems MAA1-10009-1 Digital Product Definition approved engineering/quality system providing complete “model based” manufacturing services. Our combined CNC programming experience includes at total of over 50 years aerospace experience.
